July 4th 2019 the students organised a special assembly for middle, high and higher secondary classes. This was organised based on Vanmahotsav day. We had a short program with the speech, slogans, rally, interesting facts on trees, significance of IIT and a special song.
One of our parent, Mrs. Sasikala donated no of saplings to the school. Our principal, Mr. Sathish Kumar was honoured with the saplings by our students. after the assembly the saplings were planted near outplay ground. As a part of the celebration students of class IX was taken by their teachers around the campus to pick up the plastic waste. this was a small step initated by our principal to protect our environment.
