SPORTS NEWS - 2012


     In the Zonal Athletic meet,our school won the overall championship for the fifth consecutive year. . 

                     The individual champions are : 
                     Poorani.M  X A  and  Janani.D  XII A 
                     ( for the third consecutive year)

     In the boys's event Peter Akash of VIII A won the 600 mts, 400 mts and secured second place in the High Jump. Our School has won the overall championship for the 16th consecutive year. .

     Veteran Football Association conducted football tournament for under-13 category. Our school has qualified for the semi-finals.

     Evening coaching classes for chess, carrom, badminton and table tennis have been introduced in our school from this academic year (2011-2012). In addition to this special coaching training classes are conducted for handball , football and basketball.
